  • You Can Download Apps from the Windows Store

If you want to get apps for your Windows 10 PC, you can go directly to the store and search for the ones you want. You can also use the Paste Link feature to pair your Xbox One and Windows 10 devices so you can share apps easily. Or you can type the name of an app on the Xbox One and Windows 10 devices to share them. Once you’ve got the app you want, then click the Get it button to download the app to your PC.

  • Edge Is the Default Browser in Windows 10

Edge is the default browser in Windows 10. Microsoft has put a lot of effort into making Edge the best browser; on the planet. For example, Edge can now run extensions that offer more functionality than the built-in options. Edge can also open embedded websites in a separate window, so you do not have to leave what you are doing to look at the content.

Microsoft Edge is a very versatile browser. And now that it is the default browser in Windows 10, it is even better. Edge can sync your reading list across devices, allowing you to access your reading list from your Windows 10 phone or tablet. It also now supports Reading View, which can be useful for people who like to read long articles on their computers. Smart Reading is another feature that can help you manage your reading list better.

  • You Can Control Which Apps Have Windows “Shop”

Microsoft has been promising; a more convenient way to buy and install apps for a long time now. The company has finally taken steps to make that a reality in Windows 10. You can now see an app’s app store link right on its icon. Once you have clicked it, you’ll be taken to the store to see its price and reviews.

This feature is handy, but it is also a bit of a gimmick. Even if you are not a fan of some apps, it is still to be able; to click a button to get them right away. It is just too convenient not to use the Windows Store. But once you are used to using it, it might be nice to have this option available.

  • Windows Defender Protects Your PC

With Windows 10, Microsoft is trying to make sure that malware and other malicious software do not get to your computer in the first place. That means you need to keep Windows 10 updated and run antivirus software to make sure; bad things do not slip through the cracks.

Windows Defender is built into Windows 10, and it is always on the lookout for malware and other threats on your computer. It will scan every file, email, and website on your PC and let you know about anything it finds.

It keeps your computer all safe. There is no need to install third-party antivirus software, keep Windows 10 updated, and keep Windows Defender installed.
